Senior Project Designer

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Designer position include: 15+ years of residential architectural experience preferred, with single-family and/or multifamily project experience Architectural license highly preferred; architectural degree preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Photoshop, Bluebeam, and Revit are a plus Familiarity with building codes, fire code, research, and Type V construction techniques Lead design-heavy residential projects while managing project teams and support staff Mentor and train junior team members, delegate work, and review documents for office standards compliance Develop architectural programs, site planning, schematic design documents, floor plans, roof plans, and elevations Participate in project and client meetings, coordinate project progress, and provide design input throughout technical phases including framing walks

Salary :

$150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
