We are seeking a highly capable Job Captain with a strong background in residential architecture to lead the day-to-day execution of projects from design through construction administration. This role is critical in translating design intent into clear, coordinated, and buildable documentation while working closely with project managers, designers, consultants, and construction teams. Key Responsibilities Lead production of design and construction documents Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, etc.) to ensure fully integrated drawings Oversee Revit model development and drawing set quality Produce renderings in Lumion Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal milestones Interface with permitting agencies and support approvals process Respond to RFIs, submittals, and support construction administration Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 3-7 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on custom residential projects Advanced proficiency in Revit (required) Rendering experience in Lumion or similar is helpful Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction methods Experience coordinating complex consultant teams Excellent organizational and communication skills This role is 100% in the office in our West Los Angeles location.
