This is a full-time, office-based position. No telecommuting. No consulting. Please do not apply if you are unable to work in our San Diego office. Candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Collaborate with the team of Project Consultants, Interior Designers, Estimators, Product Specialists, Estimators and Construction Project Managers on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, construction documents and production/construction. Coordinate with consultants and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Resolve design problems with creative design solutions. Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings and construction drawings. As part of the professional team, assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination from the perspective of an architectural expert. Meet with clients to better understand project objective. Ability to present conceptual design options to client. Delegate and manage Junior Residential Designers' and Drafters' workload and calendars. Assist Project Manager with construction administration.
