Client seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead small- to mid-scale projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a highly organized, technically strong professional who can confidently manage client relationships, lead project teams, and deliver high-quality work. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate all phases of architectural projects (renovations and new construction) Develop and execute project strategies to ensure successful outcomes Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and documentation Oversee technical detailing and overall project delivery Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee structures Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams Delegate and coordinate work across project staff What We're Looking For Licensed Architect in Colorado (required) 10+ years of professional architectural experience Accredited degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) Proficiency in Archicad, Microsoft 365, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bonus Points Experience working in a small firm environment Strong design sensibility paired with technical expertise Experience with client-facing roles and business development
