Revit Consultant (Denver, CO) | 08/31/26
Job Description Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Revit Modeling & BIM Delivery
- Develop, maintain, and review high-quality Revit models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects.
- Create detailed 3D models, construction drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, client requirements, and project guidelines.
- Perform model quality checks and coordinate clash detection activities.
- Develop project-specific Revit templates, families, and libraries.
- Revit Automation will be added advantage Migration Project Management
- Lead CAD-to-Revit and legacy data migration projects.
- Assess existing design data and develop migration strategies.
- Ensure successful conversion and validation of legacy models and drawings.
- Coordinate data quality reviews and resolve migration-related issues.
- Support implementation of BIM standards during migration activities.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of Revit modelers and BIM engineers.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on modeling best practices.
- Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning, status meetings, and client interactions. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Provide project updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Support proposal preparation, effort estimation, and project planning.
- Maintain effective communication with global project teams and customers. Quality & Process Improvement
- Establish Revit modeling standards and quality assurance processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for BIM workflows.
- Develop best practices and reusable assets to improve productivity.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project quality, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
