Project Architect

Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with the ability to lead projects from conception through completion. This role requires a creative thinker who can effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional architectural solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Duties Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client specifications, constructability, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate project efforts and resolve design challenges. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct site visits to survey existing conditions, assess progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Support business development initiatives to drive growth. Experience An accreditted BArch degee or architectural license. Proven experience in architectural design and project management is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup. Strong understanding of construction management practices and MEP principles. Excellent social skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
