Kaller Architecture is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Architect to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of a variety of architectural projects. Location:

Hollywood, Florida Key Responsibilities Lead and support architectural design and technical development for residential and commercial projects from concept through construction completion. Prepare, develop, and oversee detailed construction drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit. Coordinate architectural drawings and project requirements with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Ensure project designs comply with the Florida Building Code, applicable zoning regulations, and local jurisdictional requirements. Conduct site visits, existing-condition assessments, feasibility studies, and field observations. Manage and coordinate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, permitting packages, and construction documents. Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and other construction-related documentation to ensure compliance with design intent. Assist with permitting processes and coordinate responses to comments from reviewing authorities. Participate in construction administration, including site observations, progress meetings, punch lists, and project closeout. Identify and resolve design, technical, and construction challenges through creative and practical problem-solving. Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while maintaining schedules, budgets, quality standards, and project objectives. Communicate effectively with clients and project teams and participate in design presentations and project meetings. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architectural staff when appropriate. Required Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university. 3-6 years of professional architectural experience, with demonstrated experience in project delivery. Proven experience managing or coordinating architectural projects through multiple phases. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required. Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, detailing, and construction methods. Solid understanding of the Florida Building Code and local zoning and permitting requirements. Strong technical documentation and construction drawing skills. Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Licensed Architect (AIA) or actively pursuing architectural licensure. Experience with both residential and commercial project types. Strong construction administration and field experience. Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, 3DS Max, or other visualization and presentation software. Experience coordinating projects from schematic design through construction completion. Familiarity with local South Florida permitting and zoning processes.
