Bessolo Design Group, an award winning and highly rated Fast 50 Company by Tampa Bay Business Journal is seeking an Experienced Project Architect/Job Captain. The Project Architect/Job Captain will plan and supervise the overall preparation of schematic design, design development and construction documents for each project according to design policies, procedures and standards. Establish the design/analysis parameters together with the Project Manager. Is responsible for the quality control of the design/analysis function and discipline. Plans and supervises overall preparation of: Calculations, equipment selections, drawings, coordination with other disciplines, code research, site surveys, system and design concepts, and provides guidance to other members of the technical team for all projects with strong emphasis on Senior Living Facilities, Health Care, Multi-Family, Retail and Community projects. Candidate will be responsible for these main areas: Duties will include, but not limited to: Duties Prepares design development and construction drawings for new or modified structures ensuring quality and code compliance Oversees technical drafters and manage drawing performance, coordinating work, schedules and deliverables Responsible for using Revit and AutoCAD software for layout diagrams, schematics and construction documents Responsible for contract management terms and conditions throughout the project Ensure project scheduled milestones and deliverables are completed within the scheduled timeframe Able to perform construction administration services for the project in accordance with the contract.
Qualifications :
Licensed Architect with Min 5 years architectural experience Min of 2 years Project Architect level Must be proficient in Revit ( Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience) Experience in coordination with engineering disciplines Experience with building systems and methods of building construction Experience in Building Envelope Experienced in leading a team in producing Revit and AutoCAD drawings for Schematic Design Drawings Design Development Drawings Construction Documents Coordination with multiple disciplines including engineering and interior design Software Knowledge Requirements Autodesk Revit 2019 required Autodesk - Auto
