This is a full-time position that will be based out of our Tampa, Florida office. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience and proficiency in Revit is required. Licensure is not required currently but a degree from an accredited school of architecture is required. Project types will include primarily Banking/Financial Services with some participation in Hospitality/Restaurants and Industrial. Roles and Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

- Participate in the development of functional, sustainable and client inspired designs.
- Focus on all phases of the design process including Schematic Design, Design Development and the production of Construction Documents.
- Assist with Construction Administration tasks including construction site visits, submittal, and RFI reviews.
- Perform specific/limited portions of assignments using prescribed methods for a variety of architectural projects under the general supervision of a senior licensed architect.
Experience:
- Proficiency in Revit is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop and other software is a plus but not a requirement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and professionally with other team members and accept direction to reach common goals for successful outcomes.
