Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Architect with a proven background in luxury residential design to lead projects from concept through completion. This is a hands-on, in-studio role for a design professional who brings both creative vision and technical rigor, and who is comfortable operating at a high level of client engagement. Our work demands a thoughtful, detail-driven approach and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, materials, and proportion. The ideal candidate is poised, decisive, and thrives in a collaborative environment where design excellence and execution are equally valued. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple high-end residential projects through all phases, from initial concept through construction administration Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and artisans to uphold the integrity of the design intent Oversee project teams, providing mentorship and maintaining the highest standards of quality and documentation Ensure projects are executed with precision—on schedule and within budget Contribute meaningfully to the studio's design ethos and creative direction Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture 10+ years of experience, with a strong emphasis on luxury or custom residential projects Licensed Architect Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and refined material applications Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team Based in the Atlanta metro area Available to work in-studio Monday through
