Migration skills
  • Knowledge of the conversion process for each product
  • Detailed knowledge of the IBM and ISV language
  • IBM File Manager
  • FastRexx
  • BMC FileAid
  • CA Broadcom File Master
  • CA Broadcom PDSMAN
  • Macro4 InSync
  • Rexx skills in the event coding changes required to the migration tools Installation and deployment skills
  • Understanding customer requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of IBM product installation and best practices
  • Customer interfacing skills with various organizations
  • Problem Determination skills regarding our IBM products
  • z/OS knowledge
  • System Programming Should know how the product works and experience of converting these ISV products to IBM products.
  • DB2 administration
  • IMS administration
