Job Description

About us: We are a nationally recognized K-12 design firm. We are looking for aggressive, design-minded architects who have a passion for creating smarter places for learning.
About the opportunity:
Consult with clients to determine the functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations and prepare information regarding the design and specifications of materials, colors, systems, and prepare opinions of possible cost and project schedules. Plan layout of project and integrate engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval. Prepare scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors. Represent clients in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts. Administer construction contracts and conduct periodic on-site observations to ensure compliance with plans.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Architecture and 10+ years of related experience; licensure preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience with K-12 educational buildings; schools / educational building background preferred Proficiency in Revit, with excellent problem-solving skills Strong technical expertise related to design and construction Understanding of Indiana code requirements
Pay:
$86,833.50 - $110,573.67 per year
