Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and community partners. Lead projects through all phases of design and construction, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with senior Project Managers while preparing to assume leadership of an established client portfolio. Coordinate and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Provide technical guidance and quality control for project documents and detailing. Lead project meetings, presentations, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and public agencies. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes. Perform construction administration, including site observations, submittal reviews, RFIs, and coordination during construction. Contribute to business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities. Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture Architectural License (preferred) or active pursuit of licensure with a clear commitment to becoming a licensed architect. 5+ years of experience working in an architectural firm (after earning Architecture Degree).
