Our client is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Architect. Candidates must have strong architectural design and technical skills along with the ability to handle a variety of tasks. Our client, you will work as part of a team to develop architectural designs and produce drawings and documentation throughout all project phases.

Job description and responsibilities:

Design:

Preparing initial sketches, drafting design plans, and working with clients and stakeholders to ensure the design meets their needs

Construction Documents:

Producing complete, detailed and thorough construction documents, such as floor plans and elevations

Construction Administration:

Administering the construction phase of the process, including shop drawing and submittal review, site observation and reporting

Coordination:

Coordinating the needs of the client with the work of designers, technical staff, and consultants.

Communication:

Communicating with clients, consultants and other stakeholders to keep them updated on the project's progress

Quality Control:

Maintaining quality control by checking construction documents, shop drawings, submittals and other project documents.

Our project architects must be responsible, self-motivated, conscientious, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. They must also be capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting strict project schedules.

Job RequirementsCompletion of 5-year degree in architecture from an accredited university.3-7 years of experience in an established architecture firm.

Must have Architectural License,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office 365 products.

Proficiency with Autocad Architecture, Trimble Sketchup, Enscape, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

LEED certification is a plus.

Experience in K-12 and healthcare architecture is a plus.
