Qualifications:

n Professional Degree in Architecture n On track for licensure preferred n Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office n Minimum of 3 years of recent design office experience

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

n Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively, backed by strong technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies, millwork detailing, and consultant coordination n Participation in the full design process from conceptual design through Construction Administration as a member of the project team n Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction n Experience with technical projects n Strong organizational skills n Prepare design development and construction document packages with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors Travel is required. Employees are expected to work out of our office 3+ days a week, consistent with Bergmeyer's Flexible Work Policy.

•The base annualized salary is estimated to be between $64,480- $74,880 annually ($31.00- $36.00 per hour), contingent on relevant experience, plus a variable bonus and benefits. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
