Qualifications and responsibilities for this Registered Architect position include: 8-10 years of architectural design and construction experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects from conceptual design through construction Registered Architect status; out-of-state licensure acceptable if eligible for Massachusetts reciprocity At least 5 years of professional Revit experience with strong, hands-on construction-document production skills Steel-frame building experience is required. Lead and coordinate architectural design processes aligned with client goals, building codes, and industry standards Produce drawings in Revit and manage complete project delivery, including construction administration Coordinate clients, consultants, and contractors; supervise junior staff Client-facing mindset with interest in business development (an existing book of business is a plus)

Salary:

$80,000-$110,000 per year
