Our studio is growing and we are seeking a Senior Architect or Project Manager with a minimum of 12 years experience to join our team! Throughout all phases of the design process, our office requires people to work both collaboratively and independently. Requirements Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program 12+ years of experience working in a professional office Professional architectural licensure Has strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes, leading or driving design concepts. Experience guiding significant aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion, including management/mentoring of internal junior design staff and coordination and management of external design consultants. Advanced understanding of building/accessibility codes and requirements. Ability to provide quality control/quality assurance during project delivery. Experience in Construction Administration, reviewing construction progress at jobsites ensuring conformance to contract documents.
