This role focuses on developing coordinated construction documents, producing high-quality Revit models, and collaborating with architects, project managers, and technical staff to deliver accurate, efficient project documentation. Eligible employees participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) , providing the opportunity to build long-term ownership as the firm continues to grow. Responsibilities Develop coordinated architectural drawings and construction documents from schematic design through construction. Produce and maintain coordinated Revit models and drawing sets. Coordinate project documentation with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil consultants. Research and apply applicable building codes and zoning requirements. Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and documentation standards. Support project managers with technical coordination, documentation, scheduling, and production activities. Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to BIM coordination, documentation standards, workflow improvements, and digital project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture required. 5+ years of architectural production and construction documentation experience. Proficiency with Revit required. Strong technical documentation, detailing, and coordination skills. Knowledge of building codes and zoning requirements. Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred. Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred. Experience with BIM 360, Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and attention to detail.
