Our SW Michigan client is seeking a Lead Design Architect to design innovative spaces for their predominantly fundamental modern church clientele.
Develop Conceptual and Schematic designs. Create and develop Design Development Drawings and Construction Documents.
Lead Exterior and Interior Material Selection and Finish requirements.
Secure necessary approvals from state, county and city officials as necessary. #LI-OH1 The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experience
