In this role, you'll apply your expertise in precision detailing, complex coordination, and high-quality documentation for large-scale commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects. This role is ideal for an architect or project captain who thrives on technical project work. Project Captain /
Architect Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior staff to develop detailed construction documents for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects Research and apply zoning, site planning, and building code requirements to ensure design compliance. Integrate architectural design and documentation with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Produce advanced architectural detailing and specifications for projects. Oversee the work of more junior staff Communicate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges. Project Captain /
Architect Qualifications:
AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture 7+ years of professional experience in architecture with commercial or industrial building projects Revit proficiency Strong construction detailing, specifications, and building code knowledge. Solid understanding of construction methods and materials. Project experience with industrial or mission-critical projects Architectural licensure is a plus.
