Job Description

The Harrison Group Construction team is partnering with one of our strongest clients in the Minnesota construction market to help them add a Senior Architect to their growing team. This organization has been at the forefront of the industry since the 1950s and is dedicated to building lasting partnerships with clients, fostering growth, embracing innovation, and finding unique solutions to complex projects. This position will be responsible for leading architectural projects across their diverse project portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of design, functionality, and compliance. They will work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients, to develop comprehensive architectural solutions, and engage in strategic planning and development of long-term architectural goals for the organization. This position will be part of a succession plan for a director role in the future.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software programs Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex architectural concepts to diverse stakeholders
