(APG) is looking to add a Registered Architect to our team Facilities Engineering Design team in Saint Paul, MN. Are you a Minnesota-licensed Architect who thrives at the intersection of technical precision and creative problem-solving? Advantage Point Group is looking to add a Registered Architect to join our Facilities Design Team. We are looking for a Registered Architect who loves the complex, massive puzzles of Industrial Design. If you know how to navigate heavy manufacturing codes, coordinate complex MEP integrations, and want to lead a team with an on going track record of success, let's talk. This is a direct hire position with a $125k-$156k/yr base + full benefits and time and a half for optional overtime. In this role, you won't just be drawing plans - you'll be a key project driver. You will lead the architectural vision for commercial and industrial facility projects, mentor rising talent, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
