Job Description

Project Architect Job Summary:
Our client is local to Kansas City, MO and is a full-service architectural design firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Public Safety, Senior Living, Municipal/Government, Education, Recreation, Industrial, Office/Workplace, Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Multi-Family, and Hospitality sectors. Their growing firm offers an engaging and collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on impactful, gratifying, and projects of all sizes and @types across the region. Project Architect Requirements:
5-12+ years of professional experience. Proficiency in Revit is required. Experience in relative project @types prefered but not required. A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university Strong design, technical, code, and detailing skills. Experience leading a project team and client presentations. Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
Project Architect Responsibilities:
Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engaging with owners. Define project requirements and develop design criteria. Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material, etc. Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects. Professional client development skills. Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
Project Architect Compensation:
