Job Description

Bush Construction is seeking an Architect Level I to join our growing design team. This position is fully competent in conventional aspects of architectural design, independently contributing to projects of moderate size and complexity while continuing to develop technical expertise and professional judgment. You'll perform design, planning, and occupancy studies; prepare project specifications; compile and analyze project data; assist with presentations, including 3D rendering, plan and elevation rendering; and review reports, plans, estimates, and calculations. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop practical design solutions and contribute to the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. What makes you successful in this position? Professional degree in Architecture; licensed or non-licensed At least 3-5 years of related experience Strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit Above average skills in organization, written and verbal communication, analysis, and problem-solving Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Create Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with project management and design collaboration tools Professional licensure is preferred; however, qualified non-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.
