As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping projects from initial planning to execution, making a tangible difference in the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration, ensuring design quality, technical rigor, and code compliance. Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and internal team members, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications in primarily Revit and AutoCAD. Provide guidance and mentorship to emerging professionals, reviewing work and supporting their growth. Qualifications Required Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program. Approximately 5-6 years of professional experience in an architectural practice, with significant time spent as a project architect or project lead. Proficiency in Revit; experience with other visualization or coordination tools (e.g., Enscape, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus. Strong understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and construction processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
