Job Description

Seeking a Architect with experience leading architectural design teams and technical delivery of projects from inception through construction while preparing and reviewing construction documents and mentoring project teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the studio architectural design staff throughout the project design and construction phases. Lead the architectural team and technical delivery of studio projects from inception to completion. Manage and mentor project teams. Foster collaboration across disciplines. Build and maintain client relationships. Prepare, review, and approve construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals. Ensure construction documents meet the contracted scope of work. Ensure the correct interpretation and application of Design and Drafting Principles. Drive excellence in architectural design and leadership. Contribute to projects that shape communities.

Qualifications:

Experience leading architectural projects from concept to completion. Experience building and maintaining client relationships. Experience managing and mentoring project teams. Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals. Knowledge of Design and Drafting Principles. Ability to lead the technical delivery of architectural projects. #INDSYN
