What You'll Be Doing as the Project Architect Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Administrator as part of a highly collaborative project team. Serve as a key contributor to the overall design and construction document process. Engage with internal teams to creatively solve design and technical challenges. Lead day-to-day consultant coordination and participate in client meetings. Develop and direct project detailing to support constructability and document quality. Coordinate specifications as part of the broader technical documentation effort. Partner with construction administration team members to identify potential issues and support practical resolutions. Assist in developing solutions to significant or recurring technical challenges. Drive technical quality in project documents throughout all phases of development. Use both digital tools and hands-on problem-solving approaches to study and refine project designs. About You as the Project Architect You bring outstanding technical ability and a strong understanding of how buildings come together. You have 6+ years of experience in design or architecture, with licensure preferred but not required. You hold a professional degree from an accredited college or university. You bring strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You are confident preparing and advancing design projects through all phases of development. You have experience in multifamily, mixed-use, or student housing construction. You are proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and similar design applications. You are comfortable mentoring and guiding supporting staff. You bring a positive attitude and work well in a collaborative team setting.
