Job Description
Project duration:
one year plus two option yearsSalary:
$125k- $140k/year (range varies depending on experience and qualifications).
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret construction contract documents, drawings, and specifications. Perform constructability reviews and assess impacts on hospital operations. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and change orders; provide recommendations to the COR. Conduct inspections for quality, safety, and contract compliance. Provide guidance on design modifications, value engineering, and long-lead items. Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings and prepare project status reports. Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary personnel as needed Qualifications to be successful in the role: Bachelor's degree in Architecture Must be a Registered Architect (RA) Minimum 10 years of combined design and construction experience in active medical facilities. Experience with VA Design Manuals, Specifications, and TIL. Knowledge of construction contract documents, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling.
