What You'll Do Develop clear, accurate, and high‑quality Construction Documents Work side‑by‑side with the Project Manager and Drafters to solve design and coordination challenges Review drawings, create redlines, and ensure all documentation meets firm and code standards Lead and organize site visits, field surveys, and project assessments Bring proactive energy—contributing ideas, anticipating needs, and showing the drive to grow into higher‑level roles What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Architecture 3-6 years of professional architectural experience , preferably in technical roles Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Solid understanding of building codes and zoning regulations Proven experience preparing Construction Documents Bonus Skills Experience in Construction Administration Experience in Retail and Restaurant project types Familiarity with Bluebeam and Photoshop Architectural licensure (or progress toward it) is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here Join a tight‑knit 15‑person architectural team located in Huntington Station, NY—small enough to be collaborative and supportive, yet established enough to offer stability and exciting project variety.
