What You'll Do:
Nursing Administrative Assistants provide clerical support to our nursing teams. Your efforts will help ensure efficient operations and contribute to the exceptional care provided to patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of a Nursing Administrative Assistant include: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus May require experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and in specific functional areas in a long-term care setting Compassionate and empathetic nature Patience and the ability to relate tactfully with staff, residents, family, etc. Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both Strong organizational skills and ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communications, including proficiency in the English language and grammar Proficiency in office software and basic computer skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare setting Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment : We Hire for Heart!
