The selected candidates will be key members of the project team during all phases of development, from design presentation through construction administration on large scale public projects. This hands-on role will include developing design options, producing interior and exterior detailing, and drawing coordination. Dattner Architects is a mission-driven women-owned firm. Our flex policy includes one WFH day each week as well as two additional WFA weeks each year. 4-7 years of post-grad experience Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree Excellent analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing ability Experience working with affordable housing and developer clients; experience with HPD, HCR, and DCP preferred Familiarity with PassiveHouse, NYSERDA, HPD BLDS Experience developing CD sets, including detailing ability and coordinating disciplines Proficiency in all phases of design and construction Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with 3d Studio Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
