Job Description :
Our client is a renowned architecture practice in New York City, recognized for innovative and beautifully crafted design across residential, hospitality, civic, and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring, the studio offers an environment where design excellence and collaboration come first. We are seeking a Project Architect with experience in luxury residential and/or high-end hospitality projects. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Midtown Manhattan. The position involves leading projects from concept through completion, managing client and consultant coordination, and producing high-quality design and technical documentation. The requirements of the role are : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury residential and/or high-end hospitality projects in the U.S. B.Arch or M.Arch from a U.S. accredited school Proven ability to lead projects through all phases, from concept design to construction administration Expertise in Revit for producing construction documents and details Strong technical and design skills, with meticulous attention to detail and premium materials Experience with bespoke interiors, FF&E, and custom detailing highly valued Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
