Project Architect Company/Industry:
Well-established architecture firm
Schedule:
Mon-Fri In-Office Only Salary:
$95,000 - $135,000/yr depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate, plus benefits
Type:
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of construction documents, detailing, and technical execution. Coordinate with clients, engineering consultants, and municipal authorities. Manage project workflows and assist in mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications:
10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation. Architectural License preferred (Registered Architect). Strong technical detailing, communication, and project leadership abilities.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $95,000.00 - $135,000.00
