(Required) Bachelor of Architecture. Five or more years of experience with renovations and new construction. (Required) Knowledge of International Building Code. Job duties include but are not limited to: Survey existing locations in order to accurately develop construction documents. (Some travel required) Prepare construction documents, develop technical solutions and work directly with clients and consultants. Participate in client meetings throughout the design and construction document process. Provide construction administration support throughout the construction phase. David A.
