Annual Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Architect in Akron, OH, with 5+ years of renovation and new construction experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and knowledge of IBC We are a nationally recognized and nationally licensed architecture firm specializing in retail tenant improvement design and development within new and existing covered malls, open-air malls, and lifestyle centers. We cater to the needs of high-profile retail clients throughout the United States and Canada. Our success in retaining clients is predicated on the exceptional service and professionalism we provide. We believe these attributes are essential for any associate working with us. Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess the following: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Required). Bachelor of Architecture or significant retail experience. Five or more years of experience with renovations and new construction (Required). Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC). Job Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Prepare construction documents, develop technical solutions, and work directly with clients and consultants. Participate in client meetings throughout the design and construction document process. Provide construction administration support throughout the construction phase.
