Job Captain

Join a well-established architecture firm as a Job Captain in Cleveland, Ohio, where you will play a key role in fast-paced retail, shell, tenant improvement, and ground-up projects from early development through construction documents. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Job Captain position include: 3-5 years of architectural experience, ideally in fast-paced retail projects, with commercial building shell experience strongly preferred Degree in Architecture or a related architectural field from a 4-5 year university Strong production background with experience preparing accurate construction documents through the CD phase Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit in a professional setting; ability to complete a written Revit assessment during the interview process Assist project leaders with planning, scheduling, and managing production tasks for assigned projects Coordinate drawings, details, consultants, client information, and team activities to support project delivery Review shop drawings, write addenda and bulletins, maintain project documentation, and help resolve technical issues Support quality assurance efforts, conduct site observations as needed, and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members

Salary :

$70,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
