Responsibilities Lead architectural design efforts from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements. Develop and oversee detailed construction documents, specifications, and drawings. Conduct site visits, evaluate project progress, and provide technical guidance during construction phases. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary team efforts, including structural, MEP, and other consultants. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards. Mentor and provide technical support to junior architects and design team members. Participate in client presentations, business development efforts, and proposal preparation as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Competencies:

Proficiency in BIM design software, including ArchiCAD, Twinmotion and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials. Knowledge of zoning codes, building codes, and permitting processes. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to foster collaboration within a diverse team environment. Thorough understanding of our project delivery process. A passion for precision and accuracy in all aspects of work product. Advanced understanding of intelligent modeling and managing files in a digital environment. Excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure. Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Experience with multi-family residential and commercial projects.
