Job Description Job Description Job Description About the role DiCicco Development is a Pittsburgh-based Class A commercial office ownership firm seeking a Senior Commercial Architect to join our in-house design and construction team. This is an owner-side position - your designs get built. You are not a vendor. You'll work directly alongside our Registered Architect / Director of Design & Construction, with a clear path to succeeding her in a senior leadership role as she moves toward retirement. What you'll do Lead architectural design and space planning for tenant improvements and capital projects across our 1M+ sq ft portfolio Produce construction documents and architectural drawings in AutoCAD Serve as owner's representative through full construction administration - submittals, RFIs, site observation, contractor coordination Partner daily with our Facilities team and tenants to assess space needs and drive improvements Collaborate directly with ownership on design standards and portfolio strategy What we're looking for Architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) required - this role is design-led, not project management-focused 10+ years of commercial office architecture experience Hands-on construction administration experience RA license strongly preferred; unlicensed candidates with strong experience considered AutoCAD proficiency; Revit a plus Why this role is different
