Description:
We are a small but growing team, in need of a Project Architect . At Framework, we pride ourselves on listening to our clients and being creative in our solutions, while clearly communicating and moving quickly to meet deadlines. Our clients come back to us because they appreciate our practical approach and the results we provide. Our ideal candidate is a licensed architect who communicates well, possesses strong technical expertise, and is motivated to lead projects and support team members in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely on a day-to-day basis with the project team to execute plans and develop project documents during all project phases.
- Participate in client meetings, effectively communicate design concepts and technical solutions.
- Oversee code analysis, quality assurance, and compliance with project requirements.
- Mentor and support project team members, promoting accuracy and efficiency in project documentation.
- Manage and clearly communicate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team members to achieve project goals.
- Well organized with effective time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to deliver projects independently or in a team setting. Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited architecture program.
- Minimum 6-8 years' experience
- Registered Architect in the State of Minnesota
- Proficiency in Revit. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not required.
- Experience with a variety of software platforms such as the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu or other related programs
- Proven success in working with a team and balancing client needs
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with design for outpatient clinics or experience with multi-tenant, office and commercial clients is a plus.
