Project Architect

Description:

We are a small but growing team, in need of a Project Architect . At Framework, we pride ourselves on listening to our clients and being creative in our solutions, while clearly communicating and moving quickly to meet deadlines. Our ideal candidate is a licensed architect who communicates well, possesses strong technical expertise, and is motivated to lead projects and support team members in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely on a day-to-day basis with the project team to execute plans and develop project documents during all project phases.
• Participate in client meetings, effectively communicate design concepts and technical solutions.
• Oversee code analysis, quality assurance, and compliance with project requirements.
• Mentor and support project team members, promoting accuracy and efficiency in project documentation.
• Manage and clearly communicate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team members to achieve project goals.
• Well organized with effective time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to deliver projects independently or in a team setting. Qualifications
• Degree from an accredited architecture program.
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience
• Registered Architect in the State of Minnesota
• Proficiency in Revit. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not required.
• Experience with a variety of software platforms such as the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu or other related programs
• Proven success in working with a team and balancing client needs
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with design for outpatient clinics or experience with multi-tenant, office and commercial clients is a plus.
