What You Will Do Lead multiple Core & Shell projects from schematic design through construction administration
Partner with design leadership to develop and implement design solutions
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies
Manage project teams and consultant coordination across all project phases
Develop and oversee BIM models, construction documents, and technical deliverables
Resolve complex design and technical challenges with creative, constructible solutions
Mentor and develop junior team members
Support office initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
10-15+ years of architectural experience with a strong focus on Core & Shell, Base Building, and renovation projects
Experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction
Strong understanding of building systems, structures, and technical detailing
Experienced in zoning, permitting, entitlement, code compliance, and regulatory review processes, coordinating approvals across multiple jurisdictions and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
Advanced proficiency in Revit required
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, and Miro preferred
Strong leadership, communication, client management, and team collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Licensed/Registered Architect required
