Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intern Architect to join our team. In this role, you will participate on various projects through all phases of the projects design. Applicants should have 1-3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Revit, strong verbal and graphic communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and be self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include: production support and design development of project concepts into final construction documents including, drafting and coordination with project consultants (Engineers & Contractors). Production must be executed within designated project schedules and submittal deadlines.

Other responsibilities include:

As-built documentation, general code research, jurisdictional code research, general office administration, assistance with meeting & presentations and distribution of drawings/plots.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 1-5 years of experience in architectural design. Proficient in Revit with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members Excellent time management skills Self-motivated and able to work independently We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
