Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate project teams through all phases of design, documentation, and project delivery. Oversee the development and quality control of construction documents, drawings, and detailing. Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success and compliance. Participate in construction administration, including review of shop drawings, submittals, and material samples. Support business development efforts through proposals, presentations, interviews, and staff mentorship. Skills & Experience Professional degree in Architecture with 8+ years of professional experience. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp/FormIt. Demonstrated knowledge of architectural design, building systems, construction technologies, codes, and detailing. Ability to communicate design concepts through sketches, renderings, presentations, and client interactions. Commitment to sustainable design practices; LEED AP accreditation is a plus.
