Architecture License Full Job Description Job Title:
Registered Architect We are seeking a talented and motivated Registered Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with strong technical expertise, creative design skills, and experience managing projects from concept through construction.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Architect license (required) Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (required) 3-5 years of professional architectural experience Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction documentation Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and construction documents Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies Prepare presentations, drawings, specifications, and project reports Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes and regulations Oversee projects through all phases, from schematic design to construction administration
