Job Description

A well-established Architecture Firm is seeking a licensed Senior Project Architect to join their Healthcare team in Seattle! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding teams through the design and technical development of projects. Key Responsibilities Produce impeccable technical documentation that complies with design intent as well as all project and code requirements Manage internal project teams of varying sizes and coordinate with external consultant teams Report to the Principal-in-Charge and the Project Manager Skills and Expertise Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Licensed Architect in California (preferred) LEED AP a plus Minimum 15 years of experience in technical and design production from concept through progressively more complex and diverse projects Experience in healthcare projects required, preferably in academic healthcare settings Project Architect candidates must also have experience with risk management reviews, proven track record of quality control, and the ability to take on a leadership role within the firm Excellent written, oral, and graphic communication skills Proficiency with Revit, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Senior Project Architect to be involved in exciting new projects in a supportive and innovative environment, included with competitive benefits such as generous options for health insurance, unlimited PTO, very competitive 401k match, and so much more!
