We strongly believe the culture drives the quality of the work. Job Description We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Project Architect / Project Manager to join our growing healthcare studio. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with 5-10 years of experience who is ready to take the next step toward project leadership. You will play a key role in managing projects from early concepts through construction, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Lead design development and project execution with support from the Healthcare Studio Leader. Produce and oversee project documentation in Revit. Ensure alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and client goals. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture. Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture. 5-10 years of professional experience; healthcare experience preferred. Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred. Project management and client-facing experience. Proficiency in Revit required; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work across all phases of design and documentation. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
