Responsibilities:

Operate asphalt paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and screeds, to ensure smooth and precise application. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with crew members to prepare job sites, including grading and compacting surfaces. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Monitor material usage and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an asphalt operator or similar role in construction/paving. Familiarity with operating and maintaining heavy machinery (e.g., pavers, rollers). Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required. Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Why Join Us?
