Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and setup of asphalt paving sites, including site clearing and grading.
• Operate asphalt paving equipment such as rollers, pavers, and compactors to ensure smooth and durable surfaces.
• Load, unload, and distribute asphalt materials and other construction supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Perform manual labor tasks including shoveling, lifting, and positioning materials as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in asphalt paving, construction, or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to construction sites.
