We are looking for someone who's reliable, detail oriented, follows directions and is highly motivated to help our detail orientated paving crews. Established in 1977, Markham Contracting Co., Inc. is one of Arizona's largest full-service grading, paving, concrete, wet utility, dry utility, and general engineering contractors who values its employees and provides them with every opportunity to be successful. We are devoted to fostering a diverse and inclusive team of individuals to build upon our past and future success. The individual may work 8-10-hour shift, Monday-Friday, and qualify for Markham's benefit package. Markham is proud of the projects and relationships that we have built over the past 45 years but we are even more proud of the amazing dedicated professionals we are honored to call our Team. Markham currently has an immediate opening for the following: Lee Boy/Cat Paver Screed Operator- experience with Topcon grade controls and Caterpillar screed operations Must have 10+ asphalt paving experience. Must have the ability to stand, walk, bend, and shovel for long periods of time. Must poses the ability to work in extreme heat! Must be motivated and able to follow directions in a large crew setting. Be willing to preform other duties assigned. Must haveEXCELLENT
communication and listening skills.
