Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dump Truck Driver with asphalt and paving expertise to join our long-term construction project team. This vital role involves operating heavy-duty dump trucks feeding into paving equipment to support a single customer by providing hauling of asphalt to their job site. This position can lead to full-time with the company dependent on skills, Duties Operate dump trucks to transport asphalt, millings, and other construction materials across the job site and back and forth to material pickup site efficiently and safely. Assist with paving operations by supporting paving equipment operators through delivery and dumping of asphalt to the paving equipment smoothly Perform routine maintenance checks on your assigned equipment Follow all safety regulations and protocols, including DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Collaborate with truck boss and crew members to coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely completion of hauling tasks. Maintain accurate logs of materials transported, equipment usage, and safety inspections to support project documentation. Complete pre and post trips using provided apps Record all activities
ACCURATELY
in provided haul sheets and hours in our payroll app Requirements Proven experience operating Simples, Supers and similar equipment Strong knowledge of asphalt loading and hauling. Comfortable under a silo and driving onto and exiting a scale
PROPERLY
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record in compliance with DOT regulations. Social security card Valid med cert card Current 39 month MVR ( can get online or at 3rd party drivers facility) Experience working on large-scale construction projects Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining high safety standards. Pay:
$27.00 - $50.70 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
