We are seeking Asphalt Paving Equipment Operators with experience with one or more of the following: Skip Loaders, Skid Steers, Milling Machines, Paving Machines, and Rollers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate one or more of the following:

Skip Loaders, Skid Steers, Milling Machines, Paving Machines, and Rollers Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience operating equipment in the paving industry Ability to utilize equipment in a manner to maximize productivity and minimize wear and down time Ability to perform all job requirements safely

Additional Requirements:

Must pass post-offer, pre-employment, and random drug screenings, and Motor Vehicle Report Valid & Current CA Driver's License & Clean Motor Vehicle Report CDL Class A License

PREFERRED

Be able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record Be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
